Sarah is core member of Dialexa’s Research & Design practice, where she advises clients on topics from product strategy and innovative, human-centered solutions, to operational efficiencies and designing better business outcomes. In addition to her client-facing activities, Sarah also builds the practice of Design Research (e.g., Design Thinking Methods, User Research Frameworks, Business Model Innovation, POCs, Product Strategy) at Dialexa, serves on The Women of Dialexa Committee, The Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and participates in the institution-building at Dialexa.
Outside of work, Sarah is recognized as Dallas Business Journals’ Top Women in Tech in 2020. She is a managing partner of the Dallas Ladies of UX and a board member of Product Camp. Sarah is also a part of Dialexa’s unofficial “Bike Gang Ridiculous” a motley crew of bicyclist enthusiasts enjoying the local trails around DFW. You can also find her rewatching the Marvel movies during Quarantine and slowly building her island on Animal Crossing.
Sarah graduated magna cum laude from Abilene Christian University, with a concentration in Graphic Design. While at ACU, Sarah won Best in Show two years in a row.
